Return and Refund Policy

At Dissimilar (DSMLR), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
   You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be shipped back within this 14-day period.

2. Return Conditions:

   • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
   • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

4. Refund Process:

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
